Dessert is a dish that is served after the main Course or Main courses. Its function is to eliminate the taste of previous dishes. Some prefer to eat fresh fruits, some with sweet drinks such as a cup of hot chocolate or ice cream or food such as pudding, cakes, ice cream, or even without dessert.
Australians are known to be very fond of a chocolate-based dish. One of Australia’s popular dessert dishes is the chocolate crackle made from a mixture of chocolate, coconut oil, sugar, and cereals. Having a crispy texture blended with the sweetness of chocolate, it is no wonder that this dessert becomes one of the most common dishes eaten.
