- 20 g Ginger Root

- 20 g Spinach
- 30 g Mung Bean Starch Noodles
- 1 Chinese Steamed Bread
Cut carrots, celery and onion into large dice. Add to pot with lamb and cover with water. Bring to a boil and simmer for a minimum of 1.5 hours.
Strain stock. Skim and reboil with star anise, glehnia root, cardamom, garlic, ginger, and goji berries for 30 minutes.
Strain one last time and add noodles, fungus, melon, and spinach. Cook for 2 minutes.
Tear up one piece of bread and mix with soup.
