Nasi Padang ingredients:
- 2 chicken, each cut into 8 pieces (used 16 drumsticks)

- 5 kaffir lime leaves
- 400 ml coconut milk

Nasi Padang preparation:

Turn off heat, strain the chicken, and set aside the sauce for basting.
Preheat oven broiler to high for 3 minutes.
Line a baking tray with aluminum foil.
Transfer chicken to prepared tray and broil until the surface has charred, about 3-5 minutes each side. Baste the chicken with the sauce as needed.
