Apple Tortas Fritas (Argentinean Fry Bread with Apples)
2 cups all-purpose flour
1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

5 tablespoons melted butter
2/3 cup warm water
1 cup finely diced dried apples
