Laphet Thohk / Burmese Tea-Leaf Salad Recipe – Ever tried a salad made of tea leaves? If not, maybe it’s time you try Laphet Thohk. Laphet thohk typical salad is the main ingredient of Myanmar is laphet, Burmese for fermented tea leaves. These foods are very popular for the citizens of Myanmar, because they love to eat the leaves of tea as a beverage or food.

Ingredients:

  • Burmese Crunchy Mix

Instructions:

  1. Place the lettuce in a large serving bowl. Top with the tomato, Laphet, and Traditional Burmese Crunchy Mix.

  2. Just before serving, toss well to combine. Enjoy!
