Recipe makes Macaroni schotel with mozzarella cheese

Macaroni schotel is one of my favorite food. I’ve made that easy, I do not make a white sauce to the top of the macaroni, mixed materials so a new one then sprinkled with mozzarella cheese.

Ingredient:

  • 150 g boiled, elbow macaroni
  • 150 grams of chicken, boiled, chopped (can use Bacon, sausages)
  • 1 carrot, diced small
  • 50 grams of beans (10 pieces), cut litle
  • 50 grams of cheddar cheese
  • 100 g mozzarella cheese
  • 350 ml fresh milk full cream
  • 3 eggs, beaten off
  • 1 tsp pepper powder
  • 1/4 TSP nutmeg powder
  • sugar and salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp plain flour
  • to taste oil, for sauteing
  • Chopped herbs:
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion, medium size

Step:

  1. Heat oil, Saute the chopped herbs, until fragrant,

  2. Stir in chicken, beans and carrots. Cook until the carrots are cooked

  3. Stir until cooked. Stir in flour, stirring quickly

  4. Pour the liquid, simmer milk

  5. Add the mozzarella cheese and kraft cheese

  6. Give sugar salt and pepper also pala, Cook until the cheese melts. Lift the chill. Stir in egg mixture and stir well

  7. Prepare a 20 x 20 size pyrex brush it with oil. Pour the macaroni dough, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, Italian herb and then bake.

  8. Bake temperature 170 ℃ for 35 minutes. Lift. Wait for the cold

  9. Cut. Serve. Suitable enjoyed with tomato sauce sambal. Yummy
